Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assists in overseeing Marketing Department.
  • Manage, train and schedule a variety of marketing projects and campaigns in US and overseas including but not limited to digital marketing efforts, editorials, press releases, packaging design, labeling, and materials for trade shows, email campaigns, photography, retail, other events, and more.
  • Assume ownership of assigned projects and take lead as primary problem solver for assigned projects.
  • Drive all decisions around project scope with appropriate input from project team members.
  • Maintain project schedule and drive development around that timeframe – Keep project on track with daily or weekly schedule reminders/updates, including any resource restrictions
    necessary to stay on budget.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet company’s goals and requirements.
  • Reviewing deliverables prepared by the project team and/or third-party vendors, or overseas team.
  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
  • Proofread and check over work for accuracy and fulfillment of project requirements.
  • Write product descriptions with the Lollicup style, Copy writer, approving content.
  • Learn about the industry and our business to be informed and make better project management and marketing decisions.
  • Coordinate global implementation of new projects and within regions.
  • Performance monitoring, spotting improvement opportunities.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to implement search engine optimization (SEO) and other digital marketing platforms. Creating and adding products in websites.
  • Developing and sending out Press Releases, newsletters, magazine articles and more.
  • Assists in overseeing advertising, public relations, promotions & special events.
  • Reinforce an approach amongst employees of extremely friendly and helpful customer interactions.
  • Provide regular performance feedback to employees in a positive and constructive way to help them grow in their roles and maximize their performance.
  • Obtain written approval for copyright and legal requirements.
  • Coordinating, producing, and designing email blasts and online banners.
  • Coordinating, creating, and updating content for external and internal sites on a regular basis. Managing strict timelines to maintain current content and develop new content.
  • Coordinating projects with the marketing/sales departments while supporting upper management.
  • Price bidding, negotiation with vendor/suppliers • Design/create new types of sales & marketing materials.
  • Strategy planning, development, implementation, and leading new product roll-out.
  • Coordinating projects with the marketing/sales departments while supporting upper management.

 

Qualifications

  • Must have two (2) years minimum experience in marketing and sales & supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of HTML/Dreamweaver, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL. Knowledge of NetSuite and/or Mail Chimp/E-mail marketing/creative project management experience is a plus.
  • A hard worker and willing to learn new things.
  • A fast learner and not afraid of a challenge.
  • Someone who works well with others.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Punctual, reliable, positive and honest.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Interested in the retail beverage and manufacturing industry.
  • A person with the ability to prioritize and multitask, & work well under pressure & deadlines.
  • Adept with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written format with varying levels within & outside of the company.

 

Work Schedule

  • This is a full time position (40 hours/week) in Chino, CA.

 

Compensation

  • $40,000-44,000/year DOE + health/dental (after passing probation period).
  • 401K benefits after one year employment.
